Summary: We never thought we’d go to a complete stranger,s home for dinner in a country where we did not speak the language, but that’s exactly what we did! Dinner with Stefania and her partner was an outstanding adventure. My wife wanted to learn how to make pasta from scratch and Stefania was an excellent instructor. Stefania is also a wine sommelier and introduced us to different Italian wines that we would never have tried on our own. They were very gracious in sharing their home with us and the food was delightfully prepared and delicious! It was a wonderful experience and it gave us the opportunity to ask alot of questions about life in Italy and they gave us some local knowledge of things to do in Pisa. I highly recommend this!

Summary: Stefania is an amazing host who welcomed me into her flat for this amazing pasta making experience. Prior to the experience she got in touch about my dietary requirements and on the day they were very well catered for. I learnt how to make pasta in a relaxed environment and have been left with enough knowledge to now confidently make pasta. What a great end to my trip in Pisa! I really would recommend to anyone wanting to make pasta
